“You-key” allows you to keep all your information, with regards to your new home, in one secure place, and is for the use of Strathclyde Homes customers only. In fact, think of it as a website designed just for you, as every password is unique and every customer’s information relevant only to them.

 

Through the “You-key” service you can also access additional features such as a countdown to moving in. This handy feature generates automatic reminders at key stages of the moving in process to ensure everything runs smoothly. It also contains useful information to help you understand the build process and care for your new home, updates on build progress, details of when you will be invited to visit the site and what the purpose of each visit will be. The “Your Documents” feature allows customers the ability to view, upload and download documents relevant to their new home and the sales process.
