Not much gets past our pre-move inspection checks.  But, as is the case with most new homes, it’s not until you’ve moved in that you may spot something that needs attention.  That’s why we keep in touch at regular intervals, especially during the first few weeks.  However, we are aware that now you have moved in, you will want space and freedom to enjoy your new home without any needless intrusions.  So whilst we gently remind you, we do rely on you to notify us of any problems.  If we don’t know about them, we can’t fix them for you.
