Q What quality control measure do you have in place during the build process?

 

We believe the quality control system we have in place is the best the industry has to offer. And unlike most products, our after sales care starts well before you have purchased in full. At Strathclyde Homes, we aim to provide defect free homes and that’s why we carry out no less than three detailed pre-move inspections on every home we build. And as an added assurance, the final check on your new home is conducted by one of our Company Directors. It is only after your home has been given the Director Seal of Approval, and when we would be happy to move in ourselves, that we will move you in. It’s one of the aspects that make us stand apart because at Strathclyde Homes, we work for you.

 

Q What other quality control checks are carried out?

 

Our own rigorous quality control systems are carried out throughout the entire build process on a regular basis. And in addition, a considerable number of “key stage” NHBC inspections are carried out on your behalf by independent quality control NHBC inspectors to ensure all appropriate quality standards are being achieved. Your home is also protected by the NHBC 10 year ‘Buildmark’ warranty and insurance.
