Strathclyde Homes has announced plans to bring 88 new homes to Fauldhouse, West Lothian. Work to create this new community has started, with sales expected to start next month.

One of Scotland’s most popular locations for homebuyers, West Lothian continues to benefit from higher than average house price rises.

 

Sales and marketing director Neil Gaffney says: “Estate agent reports show that house prices in West Lothian have seen a 19 per cent rise over the last 12 months. With the National Housing Federation (NHF) predicting up to a 40 per cent rise in house prices over the next five years, buying a new home is still the best investment around.”

Newhills will comprise the new style of homes currently being built by Strathclyde Homes at Scholars’ Gate, Bathgate; a development that is proving very successful. The three-bedroom semi detached and detached, and four bedroom detached homes, will vary in size from 950 square feet to almost 1500 square feet.
